Which their impressions when coming to Brazil to assume the ambassador rank?
Dr. Salem - I did not imagine that I would come to Brazil. Each person has a mission to fulfill, and I was prepared use to fulfill my functions in any place of the world. The Libyan Popular Congresses choose the people and the people accept its missions. I was very happy to be indicated because Brazil is a very developed country, very great, and the people are very hospitable and tolerant. Today Libya is pledged in deepening relationships with Africa. The leader Muamar Kadafi works with much firmness to join the African countries and to decide the existing problems, and Brazil has forts African raises. Brazil is the great country of Latin America and is trying to join the peoples and countries of the continent with its excellent external politics, being been that it has possibility of contribution and cooperation between Latin America and Africa. This politics in gives force to them to fight the absolutism in the United States and the Europe, in the defense of the people who suffer in the Third World.

Dr. Salem – the commander Muamar Kadafi is pledged since 1999 in the unification of Africa. Last week it made a campaign in the west of Africa and if he found with the population of the Niger, sierra Leon, Ivory Coast and Ghana, to stimulate the masses to observe and to understand the necessity of the continuity and existence of the African Union. These contacts disclose that the peoples want this union, today, and fastest possible. However, some African leaders are delaying this unification, but the peoples do not want this delay. Dr. Salem - This is a consummated fact, is the objective of the ambassadors: to increase the interchange, but I prefer to speak on the relation between the peoples, because the relation between the two peoples means a culture relation, literature, science etc. and the popular relations are most important and primordial. In the end of this month will come to Brazil a commission with Prime minister of the Lybian to sign treat and accords. I desire that have treated on air transportation, high education, economic investments etc.
The Third Universal Theory - the Green Book - is today the great contribution of Muamar Kadafi for the humanity. How it intends to divulge this theory?
Dr. Salem - This depends on the existing conditions. I go to search the conditions necessary, I am something necessary to divulge any ideology or philosophical thought. Today the majority of the people know only the capitalism and the communism; they need to learn on the Third Universal Theory, that is the evaluative synthesis of the current and previous philosophies. The leader Muamar Kadafi presents in the Green Book the economic solution for the problems of the democracy, problems and socialism through the authority of the people. This book already was published in all the universal languages, and is in the Internet. The line followed politically for the Lybian follows the international questions in accordance with, is submitted the worldwide economic problems, globalization. The world is submitted to a heavy climate of wars and conflicts in the present time, and the Lybian left the little time the problem of Lockerbie.
